HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We offer a free initial consultation, which is a great opportunity for you to tell us about your business and the type of services you require. After the consultation we will assess how many hours you will need on a monthly basis and provide an estimate of monthly cost based on the skills required and the volume of work. Please contact us to discuss options and fees.
HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE WORK?
We establish a fully functioning accounts department tailored to suit the needs and size of your business. We will provide a customised package of high quality accounting services and have regular meetings with you to gain an in depth knowledge of your business, and help you get the most out of our service. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and good communication to build an effective relationship with you. HOW DO I GET MY PAPERWORK TO YOU?
You can send your paperwork to us in the post or bring it to our office. Alternatively, if distance allows we can sometimes collect paperwork from your premises. Of course, all paperwork will be returned to you for safekeeping once we have completed the accounts process.
WHAT INFORMATION WILL I GET BACK FROM YOU?
We will provide you with as much accounts information as you would like. As a minimum we provide regular monthly accounts with a breakdown of sales and overheads within the company. We can provide detailed reports on late payers, cashflow and projections for the business as well as other more comprehensive information, should you require it. You tell us what you would like and we will provide the information for you.
CAN YOU DO MY TAX RETURN?
Regrettably, tax returns are rarely straightforward so we feel this is something best left to your accountant. However, we can help you prepare all the paperwork you will need to give the accountant to make the process easier.
CAN YOU DO MY PAYROLL?
Yes, we certainly can. If it is up to 5 members of staff we will handle your payroll. If it is more employees then we outsource the payroll to a very reliable company. We would liaise with this company for you and still provide appropriate reports where necessary.
CAN YOU LIAISE WITH MY ACCOUNTANT?
Yes. We can provide your accountant with all the necessary paperwork to produce the statutory financial accounts and to ensure they provide you with the appropriate tax advice. We supply this data in a format that is compatible with your accountant's systems. Providing this information can often save you money on your accountancy fees.
